What is Your Return And Exchange Policy? We are currently working to create a strong returns, exchanges and store credit system. We do not currently offer these methods but we ask that you email shop@sportsgirlsclub.com and we will handle each matter with care as best we can currently.

When will my order ship? Due to anticipated high order volume, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This may extend slightly during launches, restocks, or high-volume periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally? Yes.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
How can I update or correct an address on my order? You can email shop@sportsgirlsclub.com and we may be able to help if you are in the first 1-3 hours since your order has been placed. We can't promise we can but we will try our best.
Can I modify or cancel my order before it ships? We’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed - this includes address updates, quantity adjustments, and size changes.

How can I inquire about a partnership or collaboration with Sports Girls Club Shop? We appreciate your interest in being a part of the SGC Shop community in a bigger way. We do not offer paid partnerships at this time. We do send PR boxes out on occasion, we curate our PR list from those who support our brand and represent being a sports girl in all the best ways. The best way to be considered is tagging us in your online content @sportsgirlsclubshop.
Do you do any giveaways or product donations? We do not do product donations at this time but we do giveaways regularly on our social media to our community members that follow us - @sportsgirlsclubshop be sure to check there to stay in the loop on our next giveaway. We do about 1 giveaway per collection drop.

What if an item is sold out? Majority of our collections are limited edition and we will not restock. However, as we grow we will adjust with what we are able to keep in stock.
Do you have any restocking dates for sold-out items? For now we suggest signing up for the restock notifications with the style and size you are requesting. Any restock drops will also be limited but we will fulfill them as much as we can or may offer preorder options.

My order is not going through! What's going on? If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.
What payment provider's do you accept? We accept the following payment providers: most of the major card companies and Paypal.
Can I get any discounts? We only offer exclusive discounts to those signed up to our mailing list when we are able to. All other sales and specialty discounts are listed on our social media promotions and website when they occur.
